It's oke, i guess.

I need some upgrades for my pc, mostly RAM. But a GPU as well, since the GTX 700 series aren't expensive these days, do you guys have advise which cpu i should buy for my pc?

GPU: GeForce GTX 650
CPU: Intel Core i5-4560 3.20 GHz
RAM: 6.00 GB Ram
Op. System: Windows 8.1
Resolution: 1920x1080, 60Hz
Monitor: BenQ RL2240H
Mouse (since i really love mine): GX68 laser gaming mouse

Looks like your CPU isn't a K series which means you would have to use the FSB instead of the multiplier to overclock, Which I don't recommend doing on the FSB. Otherwise I would of said OC it to 4.2 (Simple on a K series)and keep it :/. It's still a good CPU though and you won't see a bottleneck unless you get a high end GPU.

Try and get an 8GB Dual channel kit 2x4 GB sticks of DDR3 minimum for the future, I recommend a 16GB dual channel kit of 2x8 GB sticks if you can. RAM speed has a minimal effect on gaming performance but capacity will be very important as time goes on.

Choice of GPU is up to you really, Depends on how much you want to spend. I would hold off on getting a new GPU yet as GFX cards are making a bunch of jumps in technology lately, If you wait a while you will be able to get a much better deal as prices should drop as we move towards the end of the year.
